But Unfortunately The House Was Never Sold Since But All That Is Left Now Is Pile Of Old Magazines And Newspapers & Broken Walls. So Ms. Bulbul The Unfortunate Owner Of This Modern House Gets Her Sales Manager Abhishek Khanna, To Pretend To Be The Current Owner In Order To Make A More Effective “Sell” To The First Prospective Buyers In Years. To Give Additional Touch Of Authenticity She Engages An Actress Karishma To Play The Part Of Abhishek’s Wife, Just When His Majesty Sir.Lalubhai Lalbhai And His Wife Lady Lalbhai Come To Survey The House Before The Plan To Buy It. But Real Complications Start When The Lalbhai’s Have To Stay The Night At The House Due To Heavy Rains – And Turn Out Not To Be Husband And Wife After All.
Further Complications Arise When Karishma’s Fiancée PP Unexpectedly Drops In At The House And Is Furious To Hear That His Fiancée Is Engaged In Such Unscrupulous Activity; And Is Annoyed More When He Has To Spend The Night With Ms.Bulbul’s Secretary Ms.Monica Johnson (Shruti Sharma) - In The Bathroom. The Plot Thickens When Mr. & Mrs. Photographer The Local M.P. Drop In The House Because Of Their Car Failure, Mr. Lalbhai Mistakes Mr. Photographer As The Photographer, He Has Engaged To Click His And So Called Mrs. Lalbhai’s Photographs In Compromising Positions So That He Can Get A Divorce From The Real Mrs. Lalbhai. From Here On The Permutations Become So Intricate That It Seems Impossible That Abhishek & Karishma Can Ever Sort Them Out. But Miraculously They Do, So Hilariously That The Audience Will Keep Rolling With Laughter Till The Play Ends.
